Fighting for You
I am attorney Michael Bradley and I have been actively practicing law in Rhode Island and Connecticut since 1985. In 1990, I started my own law firm with a primary focus on helping people and families who had been injured by negligence or professional malpractice.
Some of my successful case results include:
- $1.5 million result in a burn case related to a propane explosion
- $1.2 million settlement in an uninsured motorist case
- $300,000 verdict against a Rhode Island State Police Officer
- $1 million verdict against a Connecticut hospital
- $700,000 settlement related to an intersection collision in New London, Connecticut
- $350,000 recovery against the New London, Connecticut Police Department
- $300,000 recovery against a New London Connecticut convalescent home
In addition to my work on behalf of personal injury victims, I have achieved outstanding results for clients with legal needs that involve insurance claims, workers' compensation, legal malpractice or civil rights violations committed by the police and other government authorities in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Unlike many attorneys at larger firms, I am free to spend a great deal of time getting to know my clients and gaining a real understanding of what their lives were like before the injury, exactly what happened, and how life has changed as a result.
My success also stems from the fact that I know what I am doing as an attorney, and the fact that I have both the financial resources and the access to experts needed to obtain satisfactory outcomes at the negotiation table and at trial.
Supporting all of this, and making it mean something, is my willingness to fight and my refusal to quit on clients by settling for less than a fair result.
